This policy describes how Flex Trade Copier uses information to operate its trading automation software.

Information We Collect

We process account information, email addresses, broker connection details, trading activity, software settings, and operational logs needed to provide the service. When you connect Telegram or submit signals and chart images, we process that content to interpret signals and carry out your configured instructions.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments. Flex Trade Copier stores subscription and transaction references used for billing and account access, but does not store full payment card numbers.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect customer data and account information.

Service providers

We share information needed to operate the features you use with hosting providers, Stripe, Telegram, connected trading platforms and their integration providers. AI-assisted chat and chart interpretation may send submitted content to OpenAI. Do not include passwords or API keys in chat messages or chart images.

Browser storage

The dashboard uses browser storage for sign-in sessions and interface preferences. Signing out removes the stored sign-in token from the browser.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed to operate your account, maintain billing records, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact Flex Trade Copier at katuffuor@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
